Found mid way between the base of the spine and navel.
It is linked to the emotional body and when the chakra is clean it shows a bright orange colour.
Endocrine gland – ovaries in women or testes in men. These glands control the production of sex hormones.
Will be affected by thoughts and feelings about how you see yourself / your body / others ie relationship issues, stress related problems, addictions such as alcohol, sexual issues, and extreme types of emotions for whatever reason.
Problems can manifest as disease in reproductive organs / fertility issues, kidneys, appendix, bladder, adrenals, lower back pains. In certain instances may need to work with the root chakra as well.
