Meditation

 

Medini’s meditation practices will focus on different types leading to various benefits which include amongst others:

  • Increasing powers of concentration
  • Developing outer and inner awareness
  • Improving memory
  • Developing creativity
  • Developing visualisation techniques
  • Achieving inner peace
  • Healing

eventually leading to inner growth.

Bear in mind meditation practices are very personal in nature.   Each individual will be encouraged to develop at their own pace.  Rushing such practices will only cause the person to take two steps back even though they may feel that they are moving forward.  Don’t force anything to happen – patience is crucial.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket as in some lessons you will be required to lie down in Shavasana (corpse pose).

What you experience during or after a session will be very personal to you.  You may feel a sense of calmness, negative emotions being released, tiredness or even in some cases immense sudden personal growth.  Medini includes an element of discussion as this has a major contribution towards inner and outer development.
